1)  It is mandatory for every Centre-Incharge to make a short video of the examination when it is being conducted in the respective Centre, otherwise the exam would be cancelled.

2)  Centre-Incharge of all centres to kindly note that the short video of the exam/ any photographs should be sent only on the mail ID doeaccncpul@yahoo.in and no video/photographs pertaining to the examination should be sent to any Mobile number of NIELIT Chandigarh Officials or NCPUL Officials.

The CABAMDTP Semester Examination December-2020 is scheduledto be conducted as per following schedule :-

Kindly ensure adherence torevised SOP dated 10-Sep-2020 on preventive measures to be followed whilecondcuting examinations to contain spread of COVID-19 issued by Ministry ofHealth & Family Welfare,Govt. of India. Posters on preventive measuresabout COVID-19 have been made available on Online Portal.

It is requested that the Postersmay be prominently displayed at the Exam Venue. Entry to Exam Venue should beafter Thermal Scanning. Arrangement of safe drinking water, adequate soap andalcohol-based sanitizer be made. Ensure that the Exam Venue is located outsidecontainment zone. Staff from containment zone be restricted from entering ExamCentre. AarogyaSetu App status of all the staff involved in the exam processshould be either safe or low risk.

Centre Incharge is solelyresponsible for compilance of all the guidelines for safe conduct of theexamination.
